Senior Business Process Manager at Zebra Zebra (UK Remote)

Lead global business process improvement for Zebra Zebra’s Customer Success and Services organization. Oversee process governance, Lean Six Sigma, data, and transformation initiatives.

Description

  • Maintain and improve business processes across Zebra Zebra’s Global Customer Success and Services organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, standardize, and enhance processes
  • Plan and manage process and Lean Six Sigma team resources
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement, data analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership, and compliance activities
  • Drive enterprise process optimization and align workflows with strategic objectives
  • Plan and deliver complex process improvement programs across business units
  • Create new processes for emerging functions and business units
  • Find opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness continuously
  • Provide analysis that informs initiative priorities and business decisions
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end process integration
  • Measure and present the performance of new and updated processes to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Oversee process governance, standards, maintenance, best practices, and ownership
  • Assess solutions for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with company values and direction
  • Hire, develop, and evaluate team members against performance goals
  • Support change management and adoption of process repositories, improvement tools, and training resources
  • Manage end-to-end Services Process Architecture and the Process Library
  • Oversee process support requests from intake and triage through documentation and cross-functional improvement
  • Create and deliver BPM training and continuing support
  • Run the Process Council and coordinate with Services IT and Business Operations
  • Identify and rank organization-wide process improvement opportunities
  • Own the PRIME business process management repository and tool
  • Manage CS&S Lean Six Sigma targets, training, mentoring, and program promotion
  • Lead continuous improvement mentoring programs and innovation initiatives
  • Prioritize Zebra Data Lake requests for IT sprint delivery
  • Direct CS&S data and reporting governance activities
  • Manage Alation Data Catalog stakeholders and adoption
  • Lead the Services transition from Power BI to Fabric data infrastructure

Requirements

  • Experience mapping and modeling business processes
  • A proven record of applying process improvement principles and methods
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate process performance and uncover improvement opportunities
  • Experience managing teams to achieve business results through talent and performance development
  • Experience applying AI tools to process improvement
  • Experience supporting process improvement through digital transformation
  • Experience with process automation initiatives
  • Experience presenting to directors and more senior audiences
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
  • Advanced proficiency with BPM and Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success improving Services and Sales processes
  • Formal process training or relevant certifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or underway
  • Familiarity with Agile IT development practices
  • Preferred experience of 12 or more years, including at least 2 years supervising or managing a team
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 25%
