Honeywell Lead Materials Management Analyst (Hybrid)

Lead SAP S/4HANA materials management and inventory planning for Honeywell’s process automation operations. Support ERP implementation, standardized processes, configuration, and user acceptance testing across manufacturing teams.

Description

  • Translate operational and planning needs into scalable, standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions for a major project
  • Provide inventory management and planning expertise for system design, exception handling, and execution models across global Process Technology operations
  • Lead inventory requirement configuration and validation with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders
  • Advance process simplification and global standardization under the One Honeywell operating model
  • Partner with process owners, functional leaders, and IT to define requirements, identify gaps, and deliver system enhancements
  • Review user stories and lead user acceptance testing to verify data quality, process integrity, and business outcomes
  • Assess gaps, propose mitigation plans, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
  • Report to the Director of Materials Management

Requirements

  • At least five years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong SAP ERP expertise in manufacturing, including experience supporting ERP implementations
  • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and material planning processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Broad knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory control, procurement logistics, and manufacturing
  • Ability to interpret data and make decisions that improve material flow
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Must be a U.S. person: a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or individual with protected U.S. asylum or refugee status
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is valued
  • Experience with S/4HANA ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) is valued
  • Six Sigma certification is valued
