Remote Part-Time Customer Service Advisor (Morning Shift)

Description
- Take customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Resolve user questions promptly with effective solutions and alternatives
- Recommend plan upgrades that benefit customers
- Provide customer service remotely as a Customer Service Advisor
Requirements
- Secondary education
- No prior work experience required
- Positive attitude, commitment, and interest in developing a career in the contact center industry
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday
- Availability for shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
- Availability for a rotating weekly day off
