Manage and grow Everbridge enterprise accounts for its critical event management software, focusing on renewals, product adoption, and expansion. Build customer relationships and track account activity in Salesforce.

Description

  • Build customer relationships by understanding needs, business requirements, and expectations
  • Find expansion opportunities and partner with sales colleagues to develop additional product and service business
  • Increase customer use of products and services through professional services
  • Track customer environments and recommend alternative products or services where they address customer needs
  • Review product usage and support case activity to identify and address adoption risks
  • Serve as an escalation contact for Technical Support on customer issues
  • Arrange recurring customer success reviews
  • Share best practices to help customers get more value from products and services
  • Develop expertise in the assigned industry-focused customer group
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Everbridge products
  • Understand customers’ business strategies and operations
  • Use Salesforce CRM consistently and effectively
  • Achieve renewal and account growth targets and monthly KPIs
  • Retain and expand existing accounts while supporting successful deployment of Everbridge’s xMatters suite
  • Manage accounts proactively by phone, email, and Zoom

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts in a relevant discipline, or equivalent applicable experience
  • At least 1–3 years of successful experience in sales, account management, sales engineering, or a related field
  • Documented record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to promote and sustain customer satisfaction
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong presentation, organization, and planning skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Sound technical aptitude
  • Self-motivated and energetic approach
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
