Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and routing it for delivery.
- Prepare, package, and track outgoing shipments.
- Keep records of mail and packages.
- Document and file email communications accurately.
- Track inventory, purchases, supplies, and active assets.
- Keep mailing and office supply areas stocked and organized.
- Help with filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Provide occasional routine clerical support to office staff and departments.
- Assist with small projects and other assigned duties.
- Handle company documents and information confidentially.
- Perform other tasks assigned or related to the role.
Requirements
- Write professional emails and communicate clearly in writing.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently.
- Have advanced computer skills.
- Stay organized and work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
