Description
- Activate accounts and products according to established procedures
- Help configure email domains, order numbers, and complete other account activation tasks
- Configure free trials and test senders with guidance
- Create and manage user accounts under supervision
- Set up and maintain billing addresses
- Learn to apply Automatic Price features at the account level
- Support account-level price changes and route updates
- Review sender costs for channels including Viber and WhatsApp
- Handle operational tasks for the customer-facing organization
- Assess internal processes and identify potential improvements under supervision
- Help Partnership teams create customers in Salesforce and configure accounts in Super User
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience in administrative or operational work is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of business operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Advanced spoken and written English
