Junior Collections Analyst - Curitiba (Hybrid)
Junior Collections Analyst supporting debt negotiations, credit recovery, and customer service. Hybrid role with Unidas in Curitiba, Brazil.
Description
- Assist with collections activities by following internal procedures, reducing delinquency, and supporting a positive customer experience.
- Contact customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other service channels, handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Negotiate overdue accounts and offer payment arrangements that comply with company policies.
- Generate payment slips, follow up on payment commitments, and monitor active negotiations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems.
- Monitor credit recovery and delinquency performance indicators.
- Help carry out collections procedures and credit recovery campaigns.
- Escalate specialized cases to the appropriate internal departments when required.
- Help identify opportunities to improve collections processes.
- Follow internal standards, company policies, and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Work ethically and respectfully while prioritizing a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; coursework in Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Processes, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in collections, customer service, or negotiation is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to use business systems and customer service tools comfortably.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, discipline, and attention to detail.
