Inbound Customer Service and Sales Specialist
At Atento, handle inbound service requests while offering mobile, broadband, and fiber services. The role supports customers and processes interactions using call center systems.
Description
- Manage inbound customer service and sales interactions by identifying needs, answering questions, completing procedures, and offering relevant products or services.
- Address a range of customer situations.
- Assess customer needs and provide clear, practical solutions that follow product and service procedures.
- Sell products and services.
- Support customers by phone while offering telecommunications products and voice and data services.
- Assist with service packages for residential and mobile phone lines, data plans, broadband, and fiber-optic services.
- Record and process customer interactions in company systems.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma.
- Have strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Have negotiation and argumentation skills.
- Have basic computer and typing skills.
- Be available to complete online training.
- Have access to a computer or laptop for training.
- Be available to work on site in Feira de Santana.
- Preferably live near Atento's Feira de Santana location.
