Description

  • Welcome new customers through timely transitions.
  • Support existing customers and process payroll.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide clients.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests.
  • Gather new customer data, reconcile wage details, and process initial payrolls when needed.
  • Use internal resources to deliver strong client service.
  • Meet deadlines and update stakeholders on resolution progress.
  • Adjust schedules to meet client needs.
  • Escalate complex client issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Follow processes that uphold integrity and accountability for SOC-1 compliance.
  • Use scalable processes to support rapid growth while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One to two years of experience supporting customers in payroll service bureau operations required.
  • Customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage resources within budget and identify and meet staffing needs.
  • Broad exposure to HR disciplines, including payroll, benefits, taxation, accounting, employment documentation, and general HR practices.
  • Ability to design and deliver clear, concise presentations to broad audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to learn additional application programs as needed.
