HR Specialist – Time Services and Payroll

Manage time and attendance operations, payroll inputs, HR data, and compliance for D-ploy’s international IT and engineering business. Support HR technology projects, reporting, issue resolution, and performance controls.

Description

  • Run daily Time Services Delivery activities, including compiling and entering time and attendance data
  • Reconcile discrepancies to keep time and attendance records accurate and complete
  • Maintain relevant HR information
  • Apply legislation, data privacy requirements, protection standards, and other applicable guidance across assigned geographies
  • Complete country-specific data consistency checks
  • Follow the payroll calendar and prepare required payroll inputs
  • Support NFCM and HR control activities
  • Resolve time and attendance questions and issues within defined deadlines
  • Refer unresolved requests and issues to the appropriate IT or Time Services contacts
  • Complete core time and attendance technology activities and routine operational tasks
  • Identify and report exceptions and deviations
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports for payroll and other departments
  • Identify system improvements and change requests, coordinating with IT and global support teams
  • Help project teams define requirements, design solutions, and validate system configurations in line with local laws and regulations
  • Meet Time Services Delivery performance measures and KPIs
  • Contribute to People Services & Solutions projects
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

  • Three to six years of experience operating Time Services on a time solution platform
  • Three to six years of experience in HR Services, particularly payroll-time or HR technology, is an added advantage
  • Experience working on projects within a global organization
  • Experience with transformation and transition initiatives is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of WD or SAP systems is advantageous
  • Very good German and English language skills
