Executive Assistant, Employment Tax - London Hybrid

Provide executive support to three Ryan Employment Tax Principals in London. The role covers confidential administration, scheduling, documents, communications, travel, and stakeholder coordination.

Description

  • Support three Principals in Ryan’s Employment Tax team with their daily responsibilities
  • Deliver polished administrative support and represent the Firm professionally in all interactions
  • Coordinate competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as an extension of the Principal when communicating with colleagues and clients
  • Manage email, written, telephone, and fax communications during the Principal’s travel
  • Support other Executive Assistants and help less-experienced team members
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, itineraries, meetings, travel, conference calls, and expense reports
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively under strict deadlines
  • Answer and transfer calls and record accurate messages
  • Maintain correspondence and electronic or paper filing systems
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and route client documentation as needed
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of Firm policies
  • Review and edit client documentation
  • Support additional projects and complete assignments with limited supervision

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least three years of experience providing administrative support to an individual, group, or department
  • Strong grammar and proofreading abilities
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive, complex, and confidential contacts
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research and navigation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Notary Public certification preferred
