E-Commerce and Warranty Representative
Support Bauer Hockey consumers and retail partners with bilingual e-commerce assistance, product inquiries, order replacements, deliveries, and warranty claims.
Description
- Respond to English- and French-speaking consumers by phone, chat, and email about products and services
- Support customers with online purchasing and e-commerce transactions
- Create and process replacement orders
- Resolve shortages and substitutions while providing timely follow-up
- Investigate missing or lost shipments and coordinate with logistics teams and carriers to resolve delivery issues
- Review and process warranty claims according to policy, arranging equivalent substitutions when required
- Manage escalated cases and involve the manager when appropriate
- Determine required parts replacements and coordinate their shipment
- Build product and system expertise through internal training and educational sessions
- Collaborate with teammates and coordinate with internal departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a post-secondary college certificate or diploma is preferred
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and multitasking ability in a fast-changing work environment
- Strong personal accountability and commitment to daily performance
- Ability to manage multiple mailboxes and applications
- Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of hockey products is an asset
- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
- Experience with Gladly or a comparable CRM system
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP software
- Resume submitted in both French and English
