Director of Sales Programs, FCC Division – Wolters Kluwer

Lead sales program strategy, governance, analytics, and execution for Wolters Kluwer’s FCC businesses. Drive pipeline growth, seller productivity, commercial performance, and team development through cross-functional leadership.

Description

  • Develop and deliver sales programs that expand pipeline, increase seller productivity, and improve bookings across CT Corporation and Compliance Solutions.
  • Own the FCC Sales Programs strategy, roadmap, governance model, and execution from end to end.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Sales Programs team.
  • Establish team goals, performance standards, and individual development plans.
  • Prioritize strategic program portfolios while assessing return on investment and resource needs.
  • Build programs that improve pipeline generation, opportunity progression, conversion, and revenue outcomes, including cross-sell, service-to-sales, and product launches.
  • Extend proven programs across FCC business units and customer segments.
  • Evaluate pipeline health, conversion performance, seller productivity, account penetration, and customer engagement data.
  • Create performance frameworks, success measures, KPIs, and regular inspection cadences.
  • Provide FCC sales leaders and business unit general managers with commercially relevant analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct executive business reviews and incorporate program priorities into business planning.
  • Give executives clear visibility into program effectiveness, risks, opportunities, and anticipated impact.
  • Coordinate Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Development.
  • Increase field adoption through enablement programs and change management.
  • Set the operating model, governance cadence, and standards for program delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for execution, milestones, stakeholder participation, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced business degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Sales Enablement.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success creating and delivering programs with measurable pipeline or revenue results.
  • Established ability to manage executive stakeholders and influence senior sales leaders strategically.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales motions, ideally within information services, SaaS, or enterprise technology serving financial services, legal, or corporate compliance markets.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to turn sales data into practical commercial actions.
  • Excellent project management skills for coordinating multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines across business units.
  • Proficiency with CRM reporting, dashboards, and productivity tools.
