Director of Channel Partnerships at ProsperOps Remote

Lead ProsperOps’ channel partnerships team and strategic alliances remotely from the United States. Build partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and growth for an autonomous cloud cost optimization company.

Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Channel Manager team
  • Set clear goals, performance standards, and accountability
  • Coach the team on partner strategy, executive engagement, pipeline creation, deal advancement, and joint go-to-market execution
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy
  • Develop executive relationships with strategic MSPs, VARs, CSPs, SIs, GSIs, and other channel partners
  • Turn partnership strategy into scalable programs and reliable field execution
  • Strengthen partner segmentation, onboarding, enablement, business planning, QBRs, and productivity
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other go-to-market teams on opportunities and joint execution
  • Apply partner and field insights to go-to-market strategy, programs, and product direction
  • Increase partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue
  • Improve productivity across strategic channel partners
  • Activate new partners and shorten their time to impact
  • Increase pipeline conversion and forecast accuracy
  • Deliver joint business plans with priority partners
  • Support Channel Manager performance and professional growth
  • Create a scalable, repeatable channel operating model

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in channel partnerships, partner sales, alliances, or indirect sales
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or enterprise technology is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Channel, Partner, or Alliance Managers
  • Experience building executive relationships across MSP, VAR, CSP, SI, GSI, cloud ecosystem, or comparable technology channels
  • Player-coach mindset combined with high emotional intelligence
  • Low-ego, highly accountable approach
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Commercial judgment that connects partner strategy with pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes
  • Strong operating discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, partner planning, and performance measurement
  • Ability to create structure amid ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-scaling organization
