Description
- Own the successful onboarding of new customers from start to finish
- Deliver streamlined, effective onboarding experiences
- Create and lead engaging training sessions and webinars
- Identify customer needs quickly and tailor onboarding accordingly
- Assess accounts for cross-selling and upselling potential
- Present additional services and upgrades with confidence
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain excellent communication
- Grow the customer base while improving retention
- Achieve and exceed targets for onboarding success, customer satisfaction, and cross-selling and upselling revenue
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Care, preferably within SaaS
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Collaborative team member who contributes actively in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, goal-oriented working style
- Ability to recognize cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Empathetic approach with the ability to build customer trust quickly
- Ability to contribute effectively within a dynamic, rapidly growing team
