Descriere

  • Own the successful onboarding of new customers from start to finish
  • Deliver streamlined, effective onboarding experiences
  • Create and lead engaging training sessions and webinars
  • Identify customer needs quickly and tailor onboarding accordingly
  • Assess accounts for cross-selling and upselling potential
  • Present additional services and upgrades with confidence
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain excellent communication
  • Grow the customer base while improving retention
  • Achieve and exceed targets for onboarding success, customer satisfaction, and cross-selling and upselling revenue

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Care, preferably within SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing interactions
  • Collaborative team member who contributes actively in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, goal-oriented working style
