Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 0–1 years of relevant professional experience
- Understanding of the main functional areas involved in customer support processes
- Foundational knowledge of customer service
- Customer-focused approach and adaptability when responding to varied requests
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of applicable legislation, norms, and internal policies
- Foundational knowledge of customer support practices in the oil and gas industry
- Strong execution skills and the ability to adapt effectively to new tasks and situations
- Flexible approach to thinking and working
- Fluent written and spoken English
