Customer Service Representative - North Richland Hills, Texas (Hybrid)
Support members through a 24/7 contact center by answering questions, processing financial transactions, and recommending relevant products and services for TEKsystems clients.
Description
- Handle inquiries and service requests from members and other individuals
- Explain client products and services clearly and accurately
- Use product knowledge, active listening, adaptability, and multiple engagement systems to assist members effectively
- Process transactions involving savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
- Recommend products and services that align with members’ needs
- Build positive member interactions through responsive, attentive customer service
Requirements
- Experience responding to inquiries and requests in a high-volume, schedule-driven 24/7 contact center
- Working knowledge of the client’s products and services
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to adapt across multiple systems and customer engagement methods
- Ability to process transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
- Ability to recommend products and services based on members’ needs
