In this part-time TD Canada Trust role, you’ll process banking transactions and help customers address their needs. You’ll recommend suitable financial solutions and provide accurate, personalized service in the branch.

Description

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions in line with operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while protecting confidential information.
  • Address customer concerns using established procedures, escalating unusual cases when needed.
  • Work toward assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
  • Explain banking solutions and processes to customers in a clear, personal way.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and take part in your own performance development.
  • Respect and support coworkers, stay engaged, and keep teammates informed about routine work.
  • Provide quality customer service and suggest operational changes that can improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Practical familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks as priorities change.
  • Established customer service experience.
  • Clear, calm, courteous verbal and written communication with a range of people.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
