In this part-time TD Canada Trust role, you’ll process banking transactions and help customers address their needs. You’ll recommend suitable financial solutions and provide accurate, personalized service in the branch.

- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions in line with operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while protecting confidential information.
- Address customer concerns using established procedures, escalating unusual cases when needed.
- Work toward assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
- Explain banking solutions and processes to customers in a clear, personal way.
- Contribute to team effectiveness and take part in your own performance development.
- Respect and support coworkers, stay engaged, and keep teammates informed about routine work.
- Provide quality customer service and suggest operational changes that can improve efficiency.
