AI Agent Engineer (Remote, Brazil)
Develop generative AI, LLM, and enterprise integration solutions as an AI Agent Engineer at Atento. Build scalable automations that support business transformation and customer experience.
Description
- Build, configure, and deploy AI agents with specialized platforms and tools.
- Connect AI agents to APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise systems.
- Improve agent performance through prompt tuning, configuration changes, and ongoing monitoring.
- Collect technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase solutions and capture feedback.
- Plan and monitor projects to meet agreed delivery timelines.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
- Guide clients through AI adoption, including architecture, security, and scalability considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Substantial experience in software development, AI or machine learning engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Golang.
- Experience connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Analytical approach with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced spoken English.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agent frameworks, function calling, intelligent-agent orchestration, digital transformation, AI automation, and agile cross-functional work is preferred.
