Senior Lifecycle Services Operations Manager, Cisco Enterprise Agreements

  • Own and improve the operating framework for clients’ Enterprise Agreement (EA) lifecycle management.
  • Oversee EA activities from onboarding and adoption to QBRs, renewal milestones, and True Forward / True-up coordination.
  • Bring EA trackers together in one authoritative record of owners, milestones, due dates, status, exceptions, and escalation paths.
  • Set review schedules and manage actions through completion, following up on overdue or blocked work.
  • Maintain client-specific EA plans and document procedures, controls, roles, and handoffs.
  • Build EA analytics on license position, usage, utilization, adoption, and True Forward / True-up exposure.
  • Coordinate Cisco data sourcing and refreshes, and work with data, BI, and technology teams to improve data quality.
  • Prepare client-facing QBR materials that connect EA status, risks, and opportunities to recommended actions and client value.
  • Prepare for and join client QBRs, then coordinate follow-up actions through completion.
  • Keep EA records accurate across trackers, Cisco data sources, CRM, and reporting systems; investigate discrepancies.
  • Define needs for tracker consolidation, data integrations, and workflow automation, and coordinate design, testing, and adoption.
  • Document Cisco EA licensing and operating procedures, and develop materials for knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and report operational measures, using results to set improvement priorities.
  • Coordinate work with Sales, Account Management, Renewals, Solution Architecture, Finance, Cisco, OEMs, and operations teams.
  • Support EA onboarding, operational readiness, client information, adoption activities, review preparation, and issue escalation.
  • Provide designated secondary support for GDTamp work involving EA data, QBR analytics, lifecycle reporting, or client asset visibility.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvements and special projects in EA lifecycle operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, enterprise software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, client adoption, and lifecycle operations; Cisco EA experience is required.
  • Ability to interpret EA program rules and contract terms, including license usage, over- or under-licensing, renewal milestones, and True Forward / True-up concepts.
  • Experience developing or interpreting operational analytics, client reports, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience with workflow trackers and operational platforms such as Smartsheet, CRM systems, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Cisco data sources, or similar tools.
  • Strong process and project management, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Ability to turn business and client needs into process requirements, data definitions, tracker logic, reporting, and automation requirements.
  • Sound analytical judgment and attention to detail, including the ability to investigate data discrepancies and explain findings clearly.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills, including experience supporting client-facing QBRs.
  • Ability to lead through influence and coordinate across teams.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • PMP, ITIL, Lean / Six Sigma, Agile, change management, data management, or comparable certifications are preferred.
  • Cisco certifications or training in software, Enterprise Agreements, licensing, renewals, or adoption are helpful.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, operations, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least seven years of experience in Enterprise Agreements, software or subscription lifecycle, technology services operations, renewals, customer success, or a related client-facing IT services setting.
  • Experience overseeing cross-functional operational programs or complex customer lifecycle processes from onboarding through adoption, reviews, and renewal milestones.
  • Experience analyzing enterprise software or license data, developing operational reports, and turning findings into clear recommendations.
  • Experience designing or improving trackers, controls, standard operating procedures, workflow automation, or data quality processes.
  • Experience with Cisco Enterprise Agreements, True Forward / True-up processes, Cisco data sources, or comparable enterprise licensing programs is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, CRM systems, Smartsheet or similar workflow tools, and enterprise data systems such as SAP is preferred.
