Resource Coordinator – London Hybrid
Coordinate Salesforce service cases, resource bookings, and scheduling for CDW’s technology solutions delivery team. Support accurate allocation, reporting, documentation, and communication across internal teams and external suppliers.
विवरण
- Coordinate Professional Services cases in Salesforce from triage and scoping through acceptance and completion
- Assign resources according to skills, availability, and location
- Manage resource bookings and ensure Statements of Work and other required documents are completed and stored accurately
- Engage external resource providers when suitable in-house capacity is unavailable
- Maintain scheduling systems to support accurate utilisation, forecasting, and management information
- Check sales orders and prerequisites before assigning resources
- Work with stakeholders to assess and improve team utilisation
- Review Power BI and resourcing reports, correcting or escalating data discrepancies
- Coordinate communications with Billing & Support, Sales Account Managers, and suppliers
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver timely, professional support to colleagues and customers
- Provide cover for fellow coordinators during absences or periods of increased demand
- Follow established team processes while maintaining at least 95% monthly accuracy

- Prior experience in an administrative position
