Remote Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator at CVS Health
Remote weekend Patient Care Coordinator role supporting CVS Health enteral nutrition patients. Responsibilities include refill coordination, documentation review, payment processing, and patient account support.

- Act as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and branch locations about nutrition therapy orders and account questions.
- Handle monthly refill requests through digital channels and inbound calls.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and order documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and account information.
- Respond to calls, provide order updates, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Help patients with refills, payments, and account-related questions.
- Resolve routine patient concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Review accounts for overdue balances and support payment collection.
- Accurately process credit card and other payment transactions.
- Assist teammates during busy periods and challenging patient service situations.
- Deliver professional, compassionate, and efficient patient service.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently from a remote setting while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
- Availability for 20 hours per week, with possible PRN work up to 30 hours weekly.
- Applicants may live anywhere in the United States.
