Senior AI Lead, Insights — Maker Lab (Singapore, Hybrid)
Lead agentic AI, predictive intelligence, and governance initiatives for Maker Lab’s marketing teams across JAPAC. Advise executives and mentor senior AI specialists.

- Shape and prototype agentic AI workflows, human-in-the-loop platforms, and autonomous decision engines, from concept validation to enterprise deployment.
- Work with regional C-suite and VP stakeholders across more than 350,000 accounts to turn commercial challenges into AI, machine learning, and BI transformation initiatives.
- Oversee predictive systems, including XGBoost propensity frameworks, self-tuning scenario models, and BigQuery outlier detection.
- Set standards for LLM observability, model evaluation, automated data lineage, and responsible AI governance.
- Coordinate intake, prioritisation, and sprint delivery for experimental AI initiatives.
- Mentor senior data scientists and machine learning engineers, while building AI literacy across commercial teams.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 12 years of combined experience in data science, BI transformation, and enterprise AI strategy.
- At least five years leading regional programs across JAPAC.
- Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI or LLM pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, or automated decision intelligence platforms in enterprise production environments.
- Track record as a trusted advisor to senior regional leaders at VP or director level.
- Advanced skills in Python, SQL, BigQuery, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG frameworks, prompt orchestration, agentic tool use, and the Gemini Pro ecosystem is preferred.
- Experience with dynamic scenario planning engines, econometric forecasting, winsorized trend analysis, SHAP explainability, Data Vault 2.0, Salesforce, SAP, Looker Studio, and Power BI is preferred.
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification is preferred.
