  • Respond to health care questions from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers and resolve their concerns by phone, chat, email, or written correspondence.
  • Take ownership of customer questions and use available tools to resolve issues during the initial contact.
  • Meet department productivity and performance targets, including attendance expectations.
  • Follow the published schedule and organize work to answer incoming calls.
  • Record customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Complete ongoing training to become proficient in handling all customer inquiries.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain a favorable interim and final adjudicated Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology and navigating multiple screens or web browsers at once.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • TRICARE customer service experience preferred.
  • Contact center experience, including call center chat messaging, preferred.
  • Military connection preferred.
