- Advise business leaders throughout California and the Western United States on people-related priorities
- Work with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession, engagement, and organizational design
- Guide employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Use workforce analytics and HR expertise to inform decisions and solve business challenges
- Direct change management activities and contribute to broader business transformation
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, particularly California regulations
- Work with Centers of Excellence and regional leaders to deliver HR programs that strengthen business results and the employee experience
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- At least five years of progressive experience in HR business partnering or employee relations
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret (TS) security clearance
- Strong command of California employment law and multi-state HR practices
- Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing leaders at every level
- Excellent communication, coaching, consulting, and problem-solving skills
- Background supporting teams distributed across multiple locations
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
- Experience in engineering, construction, consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations is preferred
- Experience with workforce analytics, compensation, talent management, and organizational development is preferred
- Willingness to travel throughout the West Region as business needs require is preferred
