Manage client onboarding, data validation, and carrier platform setup for Sterling Brokers’ group benefits and retirement administration business in Canada.

- Manage client onboarding from kickoff through completion.
- Lead implementation calls to align expectations, collect information, and set next steps.
- Check client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Prepare and submit implementation forms to carrier partners.
- Set up new clients and plan members in SCBConnect and carrier platforms.
- Coordinate across Operations, Sales, Systems, Carrier Relations, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Resolve carrier-related onboarding requests.
- Audit and validate data to ensure accurate system setup.
- Spot process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the client experience.

- At least one year of experience in group benefits or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, data feeds, and carrier systems is an asset.
- French business proficiency is an asset; industry-specific terminology can be taught.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional experience working with clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-department collaboration.
