- Assist the District Manager by leading and coordinating Air Culinaire activities and operational responsibilities.
- Oversee work quality, operating standards, product specifications, accuracy, training, and culinary expertise across the kitchens.
- Improve market performance, operating efficiency, P&L results, and planned profitability.
- Deliver local sales promotions, client engagement, relationship management, customer service, and loyalty initiatives.
- Support catering operations, lead and train employees, and oversee food and concierge-service preparation and delivery.

- Ability to support catering services, supervise and train employees, and oversee food and concierge-service preparation and delivery.
