  • Deliver Insights Communities and build consultative client relationships.
  • Align programs with business goals and create valuable member experiences and insights.
  • Oversee community setup, recruitment, engagement, incentives, renewals, and overall health.
  • Partner with sales to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Develop creative approaches with available tools and processes to meet client expectations.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Lead client calls and plan activities that sustain community engagement.
  • Coordinate vendors and partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Complete deliverables on time, including invoicing requirements.
  • Track program progress and anticipate and resolve potential issues.
  • Use Sago systems throughout each project’s life cycle.
  • Keep clients informed about community status.
  • Support programming, data processing, insights, and reporting teams.
  • Check and prepare datasets, reports, engagement plans and calendars, community communications, and incentive processes.
  • Meet client deadlines and quality standards while protecting project margins.
  • Follow company standard operating procedures.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with DIY survey platforms such as Alida is a plus.
