Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist
Help IGS Energy customers understand products, resolve issues, and make informed decisions. Support sales, retention, and customer satisfaction in English and Spanish.

- Build customer relationships around IGS Energy’s sustainability offerings.
- Explain the company’s products and services to customers.
- Deliver a positive experience through clear, natural conversation.
- Contribute to customer sales and retention.
- Use company systems, procedures, and resources to resolve inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Meet performance, customer satisfaction, sales, and service-level targets.
- Follow up to confirm customer inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Assess customer needs to identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Clearly explain current marketing programs and offers so customers can make informed choices.
- Follow departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Two years of customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer service and conversational skills.
- Able to identify and address customer objections.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow a set weekly schedule.
- Eager to learn and develop, receptive to feedback, and able to contribute positively in a team setting.
- Basic familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer.
- Authorized to work full time in the United States.
- Work visa sponsorship is unavailable, now or in the future.
- Available Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and rotating Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
