- Set and evolve site-engagement strategies for designated clinical programs and studies
- Form and direct cross-functional Engagement Teams tailored to specific programs and studies
- Own engagement planning from protocol development and feasibility through study delivery and close-out
- Represent the strategic perspective of clinical sites across CSL
- Convert site input, operational metrics, and external intelligence into guidance on feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, study delivery, and site experience
- Surface risks, obstacles, and improvement opportunities early while constructively testing existing assumptions and processes
- Bring stakeholders across functions and regions into alignment and incorporate site priorities into study decisions
- Coordinate a consistent approach to site engagement across CSL teams
- Drive process simplification, lower site burden, stronger communication, improved quality and efficiency, faster timelines, and cost reduction
- Document and distribute lessons learned and insights from clinical sites
- Develop sustained partnerships with institutions, investigators, and collaborating sites
- Assess investigator and site capabilities, requirements, constraints, and expectations
- Maintain proactive dialogue with sites about operational patterns, challenges, opportunities, and developments outside the organization
- Create dependable channels for site feedback and two-way communication with CSL
- Advocate for site needs while balancing the priorities of investigators, study teams, patients, and the business
आवश्यकताएँ
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related health or scientific field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in clinical research, clinical operations, medical affairs, site engagement, or a comparable discipline
- Substantial background in global clinical development
- Experience spanning the clinical trial lifecycle
- Extensive experience within a pharmaceutical sponsor or CRO setting
- Background working internationally across varied regions and cultures
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results through influence without direct reporting authority
- Skill in interpreting complex qualitative and quantitative data and turning findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Availability and ability to travel regionally and internationally up to approximately 30%
- International Clinical Trial Management experience, ideally including four or more years
- Experience operating in fully outsourced or hybrid clinical trial models
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Experience in Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, MSL, Feasibility, Site Management, or a related function
- Familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, or comparable tools
- Strategic experience working with investigators, academic institutions, research networks, or other clinical research stakeholders
