After-Sales Analyst - 3S Tecnologia - Hybrid Brazil
After-sales analyst supporting 3S Tecnologia customers and managing client portfolios in a hybrid Brazil-based role. Responsibilities include report analysis, product training, customer visits, and support for fleet tracking and monitoring solutions.

- Support customers in person and remotely, ensuring their needs are understood and resolved effectively
- Review reports and work with Engineering and Development to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention
- Apply data analysis to improve sales and after-sales processes
- Travel to provide customer support and follow-up
- Deliver product training sessions
- Conduct regular customer visits
- Manage an assigned customer portfolio
आवश्यकताएँ
- Adapt quickly to changing and challenging situations while resolving issues efficiently
- Experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a related area
- Demonstrate urgency and prioritize work effectively under tight deadlines
- Manage time and priorities independently with strong organizational discipline
- Stay motivated and organized while working effectively
- Communicate clearly and build positive interpersonal relationships
- Embrace challenging situations and remain motivated to overcome them
- Be available for flexible working hours and business travel
- Handle customer objections constructively
- Use analytical thinking to assess situations and information
- Have basic Excel proficiency
- Live in Barueri or a nearby area
- Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Omnilink, Autotrack, Sascar, SiGlha, or Onixsat is advantageous
- At least one year of experience as a monitoring operator is advantageous
- At least two years of experience in sales support or after-sales support is advantageous
- Completed or ongoing higher education in a related field is advantageous
