Manage candidate sourcing, engagement, and placements across Safeguard Global’s international client portfolio. Work with hiring managers without sales responsibilities.
Tavsif
- Oversee recruitment from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offers, and placements.
- Align hiring strategies with hiring managers and keep them regularly informed.
- Source, engage, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels.
- Handle vacancies across clients, roles, and locations while meeting quality standards and timelines.
- Work with specialist sourcing teams and agency partners to develop talent pipelines.
- Provide insights into talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate records, support a positive candidate experience, and improve delivery continuously.
Talablar
- Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage several vacancies and competing priorities.
- Strong skills in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
