Manage renewals, retention, and account expansion for Dow Jones Risk Sales in a hybrid Paris role. Partner with clients and internal sales teams on account strategy, support, training, and growth opportunities.
Tavsif
- Own the renewal process for a designated customer portfolio
- Protect existing contract revenue across established buying centers
- Support new business opportunities in assigned accounts alongside Account Executives
- Coordinate with internal teams to consistently address client business needs
- Create and deliver renewal plans for Strategic accounts
- Prepare monthly reporting on high-risk renewals and recommended recovery strategies
- Drive customer training and product adoption with Product Training Specialists while tracking internal usage reports
- Manage renewals from pricing and contracting through invoicing and ongoing client support
- Build detailed knowledge of client organizations, industries, competitors, decision-makers, and business needs
- Channel client feedback and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders
- Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Keep client information accurate in company systems
Talablar
- 2–4 years of demonstrated success in customer engagement or sales
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving, collaborative workplace
- Strong project management and organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English, French, and German
