Chief Information Officer (vCIO) – Hybrid

Tavsif

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients and manage their post-sales lifecycle
  • Lead onboarding sessions and explain WEBIT’s onboarding and Help Desk procedures
  • Plan remediation projects, communicate milestones, and establish clear expectations
  • Coordinate client projects and Technology Business Reviews with Field Team, Help Desk, Impact, and Sales
  • Keep client management records complete and accurate
  • Compile monthly ticket-entry reports for assigned accounts
  • Lead client technology discussions and connect IT initiatives to business objectives
  • Evaluate final pre-sales proposals for alignment with WEBIT’s service offerings
  • Manage client relationships, objectives, and expectations
  • Develop and assess technical project plans
  • Review RMM reports and prepare client-facing IT information reports
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and best practices in reports, then explain the findings to clients
  • Advise clients on licensing guidelines and partner solutions
  • Plan and execute client maintenance programs covering patches, application updates, antivirus profiles, workstation cleanup, Active Directory, and network documentation
  • Review, validate, and update client records in the IT Glue database
  • Take part in training and professional certification activities
  • Build productive relationships with customers and vendors
  • Define long-term technology roadmaps for assigned clients
  • Contribute to the growth of the vCIO function and broader WEBIT initiatives
  • Keep current with IT trends, standards, solutions, services, and technologies

Talablar

  • At least two years of experience as a vCIO or Technical Account Manager at a managed IT service provider
  • Working knowledge of server administration
  • Experience supporting Windows Server versions 2003 through 2016
  • Experience designing, managing, or maintaining Active Directory environments
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and other server-side networking technologies
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and comparable virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of SAN, NAS, shared storage, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel solutions
  • Experience with firewalls, switches, and other networking technologies
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, or comparable business-grade solutions
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup technologies
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems
