Tavsif

  • Manage ADHD service referrals and schedule appointments
  • Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of service pathways and eligibility criteria
  • Assess and process referrals from NHS GP practices and private GPs
  • Guide service users through the process, arrange onward reviews, and signpost to external services
  • Monitor service inboxes during core hours and provide professional responses to queries
  • Arrange initial assessments and assist clinicians with follow-up bookings
  • Process appointment amendments and updates to demographic information
  • Support clinicians with administrative tasks during clinics
  • Maintain and publish the clinician rota in SystmOne’s appointment ledger, including live sickness updates
  • Keep accurate records of calls, messages, correspondence, and other service activity
  • Share clinical and non-clinical information with other services using approved templates
  • Respond sensitively to queries and coordinate with clinical and management teams
  • Monitor and complete assigned tasks in SystmOne
  • Assist with data crosschecks and service reporting, and distribute incoming post
  • Contact service users to resolve administrative matters
  • Promote clear and effective communication across the team
  • Take an active role in developing the ADHD service
  • Provide administrative support to Healthcare Central London and contribute to relevant events, working groups, projects, and initiatives

Talablar

  • Confident using email, internet and web searches, standard software, and databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate and literate, with the ability to prepare reports when needed
  • Existing knowledge of primary care and local services, or the ability to develop it
  • Understanding of personalisation and public health priorities, including the Digital First Primary Care programme
  • Able to manage multiple systems, including SystmOne, Outlook, Accurx or Communications Annexe, and Surgery Connect
  • Consistently accurate and detail-oriented
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Previous experience working in primary care
  • Advanced proficiency with SystmOne
  • Mature, willing to learn, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to complete the organisation’s training programme
  • Focused on practical solutions and able to meet service specifications and targets
  • Able to support challenging and vulnerable people, with the emotional resilience to manage difficult conversations
  • Tactful and diplomatic, with the ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds
  • Able to work systematically in a process-led environment while managing high volumes of tasks and information
  • Available for evening and weekend work, excluding Bank Holidays
