Opis

  • Lead end-to-end Engineering and Product hiring across global markets, from junior roles through Staff+, Head, VP, and C-suite levels.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technical recruiting team.
  • Develop direct-sourcing programs through talent pools, referrals, and outreach.
  • Manage executive searches from role mandate and market mapping through outreach, assessment, and offer close.
  • Work with HRBPs to turn workforce plans into timely staffing across global hubs.
  • Partner with Employer Branding on targeted developer campaigns and talent attraction.
  • Use technical expertise to assess candidates, establish hiring benchmarks, and improve interviews.
  • Train hiring managers and calibrate interviews with CTO and CPO leadership.
  • Oversee recruiting operations with ATS platforms, automation, and AI tools.
  • Track ATS funnel measures, including sourcing mix, conversion, time to fill, and offer acceptance.
  • Report to the Chief People Officer and advise the CEO, CTO, CPO, and business leaders on workforce plans, market insights, and executive hiring.
  • Coach a high-performing recruiting organization and manage senior leaders, including Managers, Senior Managers, and AVPs.
  • Drive direct-sourcing and referral growth, target time to fill, stronger hiring-manager satisfaction, HRBP alignment, developer brand growth, and scalable, data-driven recruiting operations.

Zahteve

  • At least 12 years of executive search experience, including 3 or more years in-house at a scaleup.
  • Substantial experience managing Managers, Senior Managers, or AVPs.
  • Experience overseeing executive searches from start to finish.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, high-paced global startup or fintech is strongly preferred.
  • A record of partnering with Employer Branding to expand talent attraction and with HRBPs to meet workforce forecasts.
  • Successful Engineering and Product hiring across international markets, from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Networks in Southeast Asia, India, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East are an advantage.
  • Ability to assess complex technical skills, role requirements, seniority, and engineering leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise managing high-volume pipelines, ATS platforms, automation, and recruiting funnel metrics.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
