- At least 12 years of experience in enterprise service design, digital transformation, customer experience, or process design.
- Expertise in service design, systems thinking, value streams, journey mapping, service blueprints, and operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience advancing standardization, digitization, automation, and AI-enabled services.
- Strong roadmapping, facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile, or enterprise service management is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to access authorized systems as required.
