Inside Sales Specialist, EBV Elektronik

Manage semiconductor quotes, orders, forecasts, and logistics for EBV Elektronik, Avnet’s semiconductor distributor. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and sales teams to support revenue and supply chain operations.

Opis

  • Prepare and qualify large SAP quotations, including bills of materials, and route them to sales colleagues for pricing and customer delivery.
  • Review automated orders and call-offs, then add them to the backlog at the agreed resale price.
  • Manage requoting for open orders.
  • Process order changes and escalate rule violations to customers or sales colleagues.
  • Maintain customer forecast records, including validity, liability, and forecast settings.
  • Review customer forecasts, consignment changes, and call-offs, and process them as needed.
  • Work with Supplier Controlling to manage unconfirmed, overdue, and delayed backlog orders.
  • Keep customers informed about lead-time changes, backlog status, and supply chain delays.
  • Coordinate with inside sales representatives, account managers, EBV Purchasing, the Quote Center, Supplier Controlling, Sales Operations, and suppliers.
  • Review customer logistics arrangements to support efficient operations.
  • Track customer logistics KPIs and provide regular updates.
  • Attend team meetings and internal and selected supplier training sessions.

Zahteve

  • Strong understanding of customer needs, products, and complex business services.
  • Ability to identify qualified prospective customers for Avnet’s portfolio of increasingly complex accounts.
  • Good command of English and French.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order management systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, including troubleshooting, formulas, analysis, formatting, and data handling.
