Bilingual French Recruiter (Remote, US and Canada)
Recruit candidates in French and English, from sourcing and screening through qualification, for client hiring needs. Remote contract consultant role supporting recruitment across the United States and Canada.
Opis
- Oversee recruitment from role intake and profile definition through sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Source, screen, and assess candidates against hiring needs
- Search job boards, databases, social networks, and other channels for candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the client’s ATS and recruitment tools
- Submit qualified and shortlisted candidates in line with client requirements and service expectations
- Compile recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics
- Meet the client’s daily productivity and performance targets
Zahteve
- Bring 1–3 years of recruiting experience across industries, including sales, finance, administration, or high-volume roles
- Have advanced French proficiency
- Have experience sourcing talent, recruiting, assessing candidates, and qualifying applicants
- Know recruitment channels, job boards, and candidate sourcing methods well
- Communicate and work with people effectively
- Be able to conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates
- Have experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Be able to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities
