  • Advance member retention initiatives across the bank and related business lines
  • Develop product, pricing, and sales recommendations using profitability, competitiveness, and sales-performance analysis
  • Analyze and interpret data to support strategic and tactical decisions
  • Frame business questions and deliver insights that improve performance
  • Maintain existing products and support the development and launch of less complex offerings with channel partners
  • Help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap around bank priorities and member needs
  • Use performance results to guide product and sales forecasting and planning
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on product features and services while partnering with stakeholders
  • Evaluate product performance, recommend enhancements, and lead efforts to expand or modify features
  • Work with operations, phone, and digital teams to deliver product training and education
  • Research market trends, design changes, financial information, member data, and transaction activity
  • Support the creation, revision, and distribution of product communications
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to maintain compliant product offerings
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and manage business risks under established policies and procedures

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or statistics, or four years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Six years of relevant experience in actuarial work, underwriting, marketing, sales and service, finance and accounting operations, financial services, or military services
  • Two years of product management or comparable strategic or data management experience
  • Experience using data visualization tools and defining requirements for data teams, such as Tableau
  • Experience preparing product briefings and presenting to executive leadership
  • Market research experience supporting product roadmaps, product decisions, and rapid iteration
  • Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing customer or member retention strategies, preferably in financial services
  • Experience extracting data and building reports to guide strategy and product recommendations
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and business lines, including Bank, P&C, and Life
  • Experience leading organizational change and building stakeholder support for new approaches, processes, or solutions
  • US military experience obtained through military service or as a military spouse or domestic partner
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
