Descriere

  • Administer, configure and enhance telephony, unified communications and contact center platforms
  • Act as the technical authority and Tech Lead
  • Maintain platform stability, performance, security and availability
  • Investigate and resolve complex incidents spanning systems, technologies and partners
  • Advise on technical decisions and operational, integration and evolution best practices
  • Drive continuous improvements across platforms, processes and working methods
  • Create and deploy automation that improves efficiency and limits manual work
  • Analyze recurring incidents, determine root causes and deliver durable solutions
  • Maintain adherence to applicable standards, processes and best practices
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, security, business and vendor teams
  • Support service enhancements and help shape technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Transfer knowledge while mentoring and supporting team members

Cerințe

  • AEC or DEC in Computer Science, or comparable technical education
  • At least eight years of experience with enterprise telephony, unified communications, contact centers or related technologies
  • Substantial experience administering and advancing business-critical telephony and contact center platforms
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a technical specialist or lead administrator
  • Advanced proficiency with Genesys Cloud and working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Understanding of IP telephony infrastructure; AudioCodes SBC experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP and TLS protocols
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments
  • Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and JSON
  • Experience developing automation with PowerShell, Python or comparable tools
  • Strong analytical ability and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong capabilities in documentation, knowledge transfer, mentoring and technical support
