Senior Product Manager, Billing & Collections — ABC Fitness (Remote Canada)
Lead the billing and collections product strategy for ABC Fitness, spanning subscriptions, payments, and revenue recovery. Improve financial performance and customer experiences across a global fitness management platform.
Descriere
- Set the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections
- Balance customer value, revenue goals, risk, and engineering complexity when making product decisions
- Develop customer and market insight through operator feedback, competitive research, and product analytics
- Surface the highest-impact customer problems and business opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams
- Design and launch dependable billing experiences
- Advance subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Establish product metrics and apply experimentation and analytics to inform priorities
- Track payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost-efficiency outcomes
Cerințe
- At least 10 years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated success taking complex products from strategic definition through launch
- Background in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a related field
- Strong customer empathy, commercial judgment, and analytical capability
- Ability to convert ambiguous challenges into focused product bets with measurable results
- Experience leading across technical and non-technical functions
- Exceptional written communication and the ability to influence executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams
- Practical experience with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, fraud or risk, API-based platforms, or data- and AI-enabled products is highly valuable
