Regional Sales Manager, Physical Access Control - Galway
Lead HID’s physical access-control business across Ireland from an onsite Galway role. Manage B2B accounts, sales strategy, customer relationships, forecasting, and partner development.
Descriere
- Manage and grow assigned regional accounts to meet established targets
- Travel approximately 60% of the time to engage customers and end users
- Create and execute business strategies for new and existing accounts across Ireland
- Find new sales opportunities to expand market share
- Present the latest products and solutions to customers
- Build and deliver account plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Provide regional accounts with the required support and training
- Perform regular market analysis to identify customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry association meetings
- Work with internal business areas to deliver solutions that address customer needs
- Keep customer information, activities, and opportunities current in Salesforce CRM
- Review account sales data to identify purchasing patterns
- Stay current on HID and competitor products and solutions
- Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis
- Develop a Partner Community to strengthen brand loyalty and increase revenue
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- At least five years of experience managing accounts in a B2B environment
- A demonstrated record of achieving sales targets
- Previous experience selling physical access-control solutions is desirable
- Experience in solution selling, particularly SaaS and/or cloud-based licensing models, is desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capacity to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
- A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, and international technical standards
- Current legal authorization to reside and work in Ireland
- Immigration sponsorship is not available
- International relocation and remote work arrangements outside Ireland will not be considered
