Descriere

  • Keep up with supported teams’ goals, working practices, and people challenges through regular conversations with leaders and employees.
  • Investigate specific issues in depth when needed to inform decisions and advance agreed actions.
  • Advise leaders on performance, employee development, role clarity, team design, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Give constructive feedback and question assumptions.
  • Help leaders and employees work through conflict by listening to different perspectives, facilitating constructive conversations, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Implement and evaluate agreed HR initiatives in collaboration with HR colleagues.
  • Clarify problems and responsibilities, research options, test practical solutions, coordinate implementation, and assess outcomes.
  • Apply HR research and organizational behavior insights alongside employee feedback, internal data, and relevant benchmarks, tailoring recommendations to Divar.
  • Set measures of progress and impact, then use results and feedback to determine what to continue, adjust, or stop.
  • Build stakeholder support, address concerns, honor commitments, and communicate decisions, learning, and documentation.
  • Establish effective working relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Set focused priorities and responsibilities, with clear ways to assess progress.
  • Advance defined initiatives and refine approaches in response to evidence and feedback.

Cerințe

  • Bring around 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, including direct work with managers and employees on team or organizational challenges.
  • Have a strong foundation in HR and organizational behavior, and regularly read and critically assess research and practices.
  • Have experience taking an HR initiative from defining the problem through implementation with others and following through on agreed actions.
  • Be able to interpret data and feedback, compare approaches, and define and track meaningful measures of progress and impact.
  • Communicate clearly, offer constructive feedback, and use sound interpersonal judgment; build credibility and navigate disagreement without formal authority.
  • Be curious about how teams and business functions work, learn their goals, practices, and constraints, and use that understanding to inform recommendations.
  • Show ownership, persistence, and flexibility by keeping work moving and revising ideas when evidence or feedback points to a better approach.
  • Use professional judgment in sensitive situations and respect confidentiality, fairness, and the needs of employees, teams, and the organization.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting engineering or product teams, or working in an environment where teams have substantial autonomy.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with engineering and product roles, collaboration patterns, delivery cycles, and on-call responsibilities; specific technical expertise is not required.
