  • Deliver efficient, high-quality customer service
  • Quote charges for shippers and consignees when needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims follow-up
  • Coordinate customer issues with the appropriate internal departments
  • Escalate irregularities and issues requiring supervisor support
  • Assess and report on subcontractor service standards
  • Keep customers informed about pre-claim details and status
  • Compile customer statistics and reports as requested
