- Support customers in Austria independently through professional, service-focused communication
- Process daily customer orders and route them to the appropriate specialist departments
- Act as the primary customer contact and develop suitable solutions to their inquiries
- Coordinate closely with multiple specialist departments
- Communicate regularly with DSV branches worldwide
Cerințe
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding or a comparable commercial discipline
- Fluent German communication skills
- Good command of English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Regular, confident use of Excel
- Organized, precise, and solution-focused approach to work
- Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for communicating with diverse contacts
- Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain oversight in demanding situations
