Client Services Manager, Workforce Programs

Oversee client delivery across Atrium’s MSP, EOR, and AOR workforce programs. Manage operations, compliance, reporting, and implementations as assignments change.

Descriere

  • Step into assigned client programs, sometimes at short notice, to maintain continuous coverage.
  • Learn each program’s VMS and reporting tools quickly.
  • Oversee the MSP requisition process from intake and supplier coordination to submittal review, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Track time-to-fill results and service-level agreement performance.
  • Lead daily EOR and AOR operations, including worker onboarding and compliance with classification and tax rules.
  • Work with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate pay and billing.
  • Act as the primary client contact and escalation lead.
  • Use sound judgment to resolve issues involving clients, suppliers, and workers.
  • Prepare client reports and support quarterly business reviews with Atrium’s Data & Analytics Team.
  • Review and improve standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Prepare clear handoff notes at the beginning and end of each assignment.
  • Help implement new programs.
  • Train colleagues on Atrium’s tools, processes, and client-specific needs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to program staff during coverage assignments, without permanent direct reports.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of progressive experience in MSP or contingent workforce program management, MSP desk operations, EOR/AOR, or workforce solutions, including two or more years in a manager-level position.
  • Practical experience with at least one major VMS platform, such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Working knowledge of contingent workforce compliance, including co-employment risk, worker classification, and onboarding requirements.
  • Strong grasp of supplier and requisition management, invoicing, reporting, and program governance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with client stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work onsite, in a hybrid arrangement, or remotely, depending on the assignment.
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes on limited notice.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
  • Ability to work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement (preferred at the Holmdel, New Jersey office), or at client sites as assignments require.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for onsite coverage and access to reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
