Descriere

  • Direct AI agent operations across the business
  • Lead sales operations and develop the retail sales process
  • Manage production and fulfillment activities
  • Own financial performance and margin protection
  • Oversee marketing execution and lead generation flow
  • Lead people operations and performance management
  • Report directly to the owner with authority to make operational decisions
  • Manage the field superintendent, project coordinator, controller, and four AI agents
  • Maintain and grow the current run rate while safeguarding margins
  • Build and implement the retail sales process
  • Learn the full operating pipeline and audit each AI agent during the first 30 days
  • Produce a written priority plan for the first 90 days
  • Resolve infrastructure gaps and establish funnel reporting during days 31–60
  • Take responsibility for Meta advertising performance
  • Assume ownership of all six operational areas by day 90

Cerințe

  • Background running operations in a lean small business
  • Experience leading a team and making performance-related personnel decisions
  • Experience owning or rebuilding a sales process
  • Ability to interpret a P&L and protect margins
  • Comfort working with technology and applying systems thinking
  • Ability to work effectively with a fast-moving, direct founder
  • Must live in the Phoenix Valley
  • Availability to attend job sites and team meetings in person
  • Local presence is required and non-negotiable
